Paulette has 20+ years working in audit and advisory services in Australia and the US, specialising in governance, business process improvement and assurance services for Government agencies. Over the last three years Paulette has been directly involved in rolling out the PGPA Act across a number of Federal agencies. She has also been instrumental in setting up performance management frameworks in agencies to support

David has a varied career as an army officer, management consultant and public servant. During his time as a management consultant he worked as a strategic workforce change agent delivering large scale organisational change. His current role is to assist leaders and managers in making good workforce decisions that will deliver higher levels of performance in a period of profound workforce change. David not only draws on his previous experience but also on lessons of history and philosophy.
